Flourescent Whitening agent for Cellulose Polystr / Cellulose blends

Features:

Versatile product for continuous padding and exhaust application over wide range of application temperature. (Room temp-high temp)Suitable for Hydrogen Peroxide and Sodium Hydrosulphite bleach application.

Properties :

• Chemical Constitution : Stilbene Disulphonic Acid derivative
• Ionic Nature : Anionic
• Appearance : Light Yellow to Dark Yellow fine powder
• Shade : Bluish white.

Stability:

• Hydrogen Peroxide : Very good
• Hydrosulphite : Very good
• Chlorine bleach : Not stable
• Acid : Good pH 5.0-12
• Alkalis : Very Good
• Hard Water : Upto 350 ppm
• pH : 5.5-12

Fastness :

• Light : 3-4
• Washing : 4-5

Application:

• By Exhaust
• Exhaust with Hydrogen peroxide bleach :- 0.2-0.5%
• Exhaust on Bleach surface :- 0.1-0.4%
• Padding
• Padding with Hydrogen peroxide bleach :- 1.0-2.0gpl
• Padding :- on Bleached substrate :- 0.5-1.0 gpl
• Padding with finishing chemicals :- 1.0-2.0gpl
